Your team gets full access to our automation suites. However, we're protective of our blueprints. You won't try to reverse-engineer our proprietary "Spire-Logic" or replicate our underlying neural pathways. Fair enough?

2. Service Availability

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, even the best machines need a grease and oil change. We'll give you plenty of notice for scheduled maintenance. In return, you'll ensure your team follows our operational protocols to prevent self-inflicted downtime.

3. Data Sovereignty

It's your data. We just provide the high-performance warehouse for it. We'll apply our industrial-grade encryption to keep it safe, but don't ask us to share the master keys with third parties – security is a closed-loop system here at Ironspire Solutions.
